"Somewhat remote and quiet location. This will be a very nice hotel once construction of the amenities are complete and some of the issues are fixed. The temp control in our room did not work so our room was very hot, especially after showering since the bathroom fan did not work, the room felt like a sauna. Other guests reported the same thing."

"Staff was helpful & friendly. Ivris from housekeeping was helpful & polite giving us fresh towels since we opted for the green initiative (less cleaning). Diego & Carolina at reception were helpful with the HX mixup with our reservation so we did not end up homeless in Reykjavik. We love that bus stop #12 is just outside the hotel. Would be nice to have a hot tub to relax in after long days of excursions. Would also appreciate a little bigger tv in the room. A beautiful Iceland scenery picture or Icelandic art work can brighten up the room. Our standard room has many blank walls. Maybe time to refresh the beds. Airport shuttle may also be a nice service for guests."

"Good stay for solo travellers and one of the best budget friendly option in Reykjavik! Beds in hostel rooms were quite squeaky and some guest were not very considerate of how loud they were being, but the hostel also provided ear plugs."
