"The hotel is in South Derby convenient for the A52 and about 3 miles to the city centre. Free Parking is on site and is locked overnight. There is a Lidel and Tesco within 200m of the hotel. Checkin was prompt and we were allocated a room at the back as requested which was quiet. The room was quite tight with little storage space no desk, limited surfaces to put anything ,with a double bed that was comfortable enough. "Overall stay was good, but will be ask for a £50 pending deposit but will be explained before entering the room about the use of entrance and room keys what the deposit is used for due to previous guest getting keys muddled up with the wrong doors and having to call a locksmith. The host explained the use of the shower by using a switch to get hot water and explained about just flushing toilet paper in the bowl instead of any sanitary products that may affect the deposit.
