"The air conditioner was banging all night. We asked them to fix it she said she would. I came back to ask and I was told they don’t keep records of that. Needless to say the next night banging all Night again."

"A fantastic studio , conveniently located for quick access to Univ. of Tampa, the airport, the Bay. I enjoy both the balcony of my studio and the outdoor pool area - it was quiet and relaxing. I felt very safe entering the building and while in the studio itself. The studio was clean and equipped with everything I needed (including light cooking). I will definitely stay here again when visiting Tampa!"

"Staff was very helpful on planning the day’s events. Room was clean area felt safe. Hotel cab service very accessible and accommodating ,they took you wherever needed to go in the area plus made great subjections of places to eat. I enjoyed my stay."
