Breakfast times restricted to 8-10 , would extend to accommodate guests’needs. Also a bit disappointing you had to pay a supplement to have half of the items on the menu"

"The hotel is in an excellent position for exploring Chester. Breakfast was cooked to order and there's plenty of choice. There was a problem with one of the two rooms booked which was not fixed during our stay but we received a partial refund quickly."
