"I just stayed for 4 nights in mid April. I had a nice, clean double bed room on the 8th floor overlooking the main road. Loved the view! Breakfast was decent every day. There was a nice variety of fresh fruit, meats, and bread. My only complaint is that the roof top terrace was only half open to guests during our stay. The side with the best city and sunset views was closed the entire time. I think it’s a seasonal thing, but I was very disappointed. Most of the rooftop pics you see online are from the side that is closed! The pool was also closed, even though it was sunny and temps were in the 70s every day. I believe I saw that it doesn’t open until May 1. I would stay again. The location was excellent. "

"El hotel, en términos objetivos, resulta sobrevalorado, fundamentalmente por su ubicación privilegiada, que sin duda es su principal activo. El servicio es correcto, acorde a su categoría, con un personal amable pero sin rasgos distintivos que lo diferencien. Sin embargo, la limpieza, tanto en habitaciones como en áreas comunes, no alcanza el estándar esperado. En cuanto a la oferta gastronómica, tanto el desayuno como el restaurante podrían elevar la calidad de sus productos y ejecución. Un indicador relevante es que, pese a contar con servicio hacia la calle, no presenta una alta afluencia, especialmente considerando su ubicación. En los alrededores existen múltiples opciones más atractivas para comer o tomar algo. En síntesis, los precios son elevados para una calidad que se sitúa en un rango medio-bajo. La valoración general del hotel parece sustentarse más en su localización que en la experiencia que realmente ofrece."

"This is the worst stay of my life. I regret choosing this place. Only did it for location but it was the biggest mistake. The staff is horrible. They came every night nock at my door and force me to stop talking and go to sleep. Literally. The employee overnight in reception is a trans that is a stalker. Is a person that seems to be mad a the world. I even asked why so much anger on his or her approach to guests . It was not Normal nor respectful. He or she was very rude unprofessional and aggressive at times. Do not visit this place. Dirty , noise, horrible staff . No AC, to be able use the fan they will ask for a Deposit for the remote control. The fan doesn’t work without it. So if you don’t have cash you will have to sleep with the heat of the room. If you open window to refresh the noise won’t let you sleep. Terrible terrible experience. I will also write a review on google alerting people Not to Fall in this trap. First time I have such a terrible experience with Expedia. "
