"Booked into hotel’s adjacent annex—truly an extraordinary property. Absolutely beautiful 5-star equipped tastefully furnished nearly 700 sq ft apartment with separate rain shower and sauna.
Staff, including the owner, were truly welcoming and gracious. Enjoyed amazing cooked-to-order breakfasts in enclosed outdoor garden, along with a delicious selection of pastries. The owner surprised us with a delicious fruit tart sporting a single lit candle at breakfast on my wife’s birthday—we hadn’t...
"The property is amazing, in an excellent location. The rooms are modern inside, and this is the cleanest hotel we’ve been in so far.
The staff is amazing, providing all the support that you need.
The cleaning service is amazing as well, you feel treated as a royalty.
The Il Picollo restaurant is amazing with great breakfast options and a quite fine dining service.

"Amazing property. Spacious and beautiful. Located right next to the Circus Maximus and a little strip of bistros and bars. While we were staying there were a few concerts at the Circus Maximus and we were able to enjoy them from one of the restaurants near the apartment. Recommend Guenda restaurant for great food and drinks just a few steps away. "

"Beautiful hotel in a perfect location with views from the rooftop that made it even more perfect. The room was huge. Bathroom the same and everything very clean. Breakfast is included and was a lovely spread. I did feel like the check-in staff could have been more friendly - they seemed bothered when asked a question. The bell staff however made up for the indifference we felt from the reception. They were so helpful and facilitated getting a cab for our departure. "
"I have to say that we loved our stay. Our view to the canal was incredible. The check in process was easy. Breakfast was included but it was very basic, bread, cereals, some fruits, scrambled eggs. Nothing made to order so keep that in mind, we didn’t mind. There are also some stairs to go up to the hotel so if you have mobility issues reconsider. They do have a partial lift but I didn’t see another one the rest of the way up. What I loved the most was the view of the canal, I couldn’t stop...
"The apartment was exactly as described. Clean, stylish, super convenient and a great home base in Venice. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the patio because of so many mosquitos (bring bug spray and it should be fine). The only real frustration was the initial key pickup that is a totally different location than the apartment. When traveling from the airport, this meant we weren’t able to use the most convenient travel modes. Otherwise, 5 star!"
"Cute little room in an almost 600 year old building in the heart of Venice.
The staff were incredibly friendly, happy, and helpful.
We arrived late in the evening and they made sure we had all the information we needed to get into our room.
There is a small common area with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and teapot.
Our room was tiny, but clean and had a cupboard for our clothes and a little safe if you need it.
The bathroom and shower were great, too. "
"The price you pay for a 4.5 star hotel and you get a closet for a room a literally a closet and had to change room which they did. But the room that was given had an upsale with a total amount for the a 5 star hotel in Venice. The rooms do not look like the pictures they’re much different. Overall it is not worth the money at all. And really it just made Venice experience way too expensive and not good enough. "
