"First let me say that Carlo, the male Employee who helped carry our luggage is a wonderful person! He was so attentive and very kind. He is the number one reason we would return to this hotel. Carlo number one! But it's important to note- this property is not for the weak. 80 plus steps just to get to the lobby. We were there for several nights. The most incredible part of this place is opening the balcony doors of our room and seeing the ocean shimmer every day. The cool breeze at night was a bonus. The breakfast buffet was delicious and as we were traveling with our 3 kids, it allowed us to fuel up with ease before a long day of adventure. "

"This hotel was the best, the staff were super friendly, the rooms had great working aur conditioning even during 40 degrees Celsius heat wave, the shower pressure was great and the size of the shower was comfortable amd not those tiny showers. their rooftop terrace is large with amazing views of the sea. We have been in Italy for 1 month and my kids still talk about the amazing breakfast (italian style) and was the best cappuccino I had. The walk is long to the beach but thats to be expected in the geographic location. And they have parking which is great cause its impossible to find parking on the Amalfi coast. Definitely will go back to this hotel when i return to Amalfi"

"The property is beautiful, with a grand garden, great pool with a number of tanning beds, poolside service and a rooftop bar overlooking Mt. Vesuvius and the ocean on the other side. Location is great it’s about a 25 minute walk to the center or Sorrento. It’s just enough out of the way where it feels peaceful but still accessible and the walk goes fast as there’s so much to see. Staff is AMAZING, very helpful, personable and kind. As for the rooms, the beds are slightly harder, but the rooms are gorgeous and the balcony was a great touch. They give you just about everything you’d need to stay, expect a robe. Overall, 10/10 , will be staying here again on my next trip to Sorrento. "

"This place is an absolute must-stay in Naples! The location couldn't have been more perfect. It's so walkable, and the views are breathtaking. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. "We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a better room upon arrival, which made our stay even more special. The room was clean, modern, and offered stunning views (best in town). Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. Everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The hotel also provides a convenient complimentary shuttle service to Sorrento center every hour, which made exploring the area easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay! "
