"For a so called 5 star hitel wde are very disappointed. For what we paud for Club access to have evening canapes which were awful. Very poor quality & not edible. The buffet breakfast is awful. Kept ssrvjng fruit, danish from 2 days prior. Did not clean used plates off our table & quality of food sub par. Have stayed at other 5 star hotels recently which this one does not even compare. The hotel needs to be renovated & i would only give it 3 stad at best."

"Shower was very dirty but was cleaned when asked with no problems. Bed was very firm. We were offered another but chose to get a blanket for the bed to help... it didnt...lol"

"Good views of harbour. Clean Spacious Good price. Only downside, was the grounds were shabby, unkept, weeds untidy. Inside of the unit was very nice. Handy to harbour Ferry. Very quiet location"

"The aircon condesation drips into the bathtub, which pools water. The bathtub does not drain quickly, and was pooling water a couple of inches deep after a 10minute shower. Eventually cleared after an hour. The doors rattle in a light breeze, and there is little sound proofing. Staff are friendly though. "

"Great location and staff were lovely. Check in and out process was easy and overall enjoyed my stay here. I had a great view from the room, the room was also spacious and had everything I needed."

"Room was clean, comfortable. Quiet and no noise from the street or road, and still only 10 minutes to the CBD. Although we did only really just sleep there and out during the days, totally fine :)"
