"Good that it’s pretty close to the South Entrance. Bad : I booked for 4 people but only gave us 3 towels. When I asked for another towel, I was told rudely by the watch receptionist that it is the hotel policy to provide only 3 towels. I don’t have the energy to argue after driving for 4 hrs. I just insisted on getting what the hotel should provide for what I booked."
