"Staff was extremely kind and helpful. It was genuine not fake. Hotel was new and clean. Had elevator and you didn't have to climb steps. Very convenient to the train station, so not to much uphill walking. Locally used tienda which meant better prices on, water, sodas, snacks and beer. Friendly locals. Only one small dissatisfaction. One morning we ate breakfast around 8:30 and the eggs and salchichas were completely cold. I would stay here again and recommend my friends."

"The location is amazing - it’s right where you board the buses to Machupicchu and not far from the train station (and down hill). Near restaurants and by the river. The river is wonderful white noise for sleeping. They were friendly and provided a take-away breakfast for us. But, the water in the shower was lukewarm at best."
