"We were surprised by having to pay for internet. At over $300 per night, we should not have to pay to access the WiFi. I have stayed at several Omni hotels and this one seemed to be more run down and did not seem to care as much as other Omni hotels. The ladies in the gift shop were not friendly. I don’t think anyone from the hotel even spoke to me after check in. Just different than other experiences."

"$15 paid parking per day; parking is confusing because some spaces are reserved for patrons of the bar. Buffet breakfast available every morning with a selection of yogurt, pancakes, cereal, eggs, fruit, and sometimes breakfast patties. The scrambled eggs tasted sweet which was concerning, but other than that it was pretty good. This hotel has no swimming pool which we would have preferred, but they have a pool table and all day coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby. I’d stay again only for the breakfast lol. "

"We went for a few days with my husband and 2 elementary aged boys. Unfortunately our room was not ready at check in but overall we absolutely loved our stay. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooftop restaurant had great views, drinks and food. Pizza and cocktails at the pool were delicious. The pool was clean, beautiful and well maintained. The loungers are very close to the pool so had to make sure the boys weren’t wetting guests. The room was also clean, spacious for two carry ons. No tub and the shower head was awkwardly placed but all worked out. Location was good too. There were a few restaurants very close to the hotel and we were able to walk to Perot Museum and local grocery store. Overall I would 100% stay again."
