I never write reviews, but this MORE then deserves one! The thoughtfulness and well stock property was perfection. The fishing bait that was in the freezer was such a sweet touch! We enjoyed spending time here, great neighborhood, fun things to do near by and a quick highway day trip to Sedona! We caught fish, made smoothies in the blender, sat in the pool/hot tub. plenty of sunning chairs for all 6 of us to relax and sunbathe! took paddleboat trips around the lakes, met great neighbors and made so many memories! My younger son, loved that Ginny would turn on /off the pool fountains by request 殺 and If you have teenagers , I DOUBLE RECOMMEND this property, such a great layout for having your own spaces and so much for teens to entertain themselves with while actually hanging out with you ;) 10/10, 5, Perfection are a few of the Exceptii al ways to desribe this amazing property and hosts! "We stayed with two families for spring break, kids ranged from 9 to 18 years old. Plenty of space, well kept, easy check in and check out. Pool and hot tub were great, patio seating and music a plus. The fishing was an added bonus! 3rd cast in, they caught an 8 or 9 lb bass, followed by 4 or 5 10 lb catfish! Thank you for the memories!"

"The host was wonderful, excellent communication, and very accommodating. She handled our early check‑in request quickly and kept us updated throughout our stay. The location of this property and the surrounding community is truly outstanding, and the home is beautifully decorated and well-equipped. We also loved the pool table, game room, the large and beautiful pool, and the fantastic putting green. The outdoor seating areas were perfect for relaxing in the sun. It seems that the property was likely exceptional when it was first established, and with a bit of refreshing, it could easily return to that level. Some areas show signs of normal wear that can come with being a long‑term vacation rental. The exterior of the home, particularly the back side, could benefit from routine cleaning and pressure washing. The back patio has older outdoor carpeting and a faded rug that doesn’t quite match the otherwise lovely outdoor amenities. The dock felt like it might need an inspection, and the paddle boat had cobwebs and dirt. Inside the home, the carpeting in the dining area, hallways, and bedrooms felt a bit dated. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and very much appreciated the host’s responsiveness and hospitality."

"We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home. From booking to arrival, check-in, thoughtful follow-ups during our stay, and even departure—every detail was handled flawlessly. It was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had.The owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional, and every detail felt so intentional and welcoming. And when they say the pool is heated—they mean it! We started our days with a morning dip, spent afternoons exploring, and returned to enjoy the pool and hot tub in the evenings.The backyard was absolutely beautiful. The fruit trees were such a special touch, and waking up to the birds in the morning made it feel peaceful and serene. Everything about this place was just lovely.This stay truly felt like a home away from home. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you for making our family vacation so special—it was an absolute treasure. We are already looking forward to returning soon."

"Our family of 12 spent 4 nights at the house. It was wonderful. The children ages 4-11 especially loved the trampoline, playground, shuffleboard, pickleball court and basketball. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and playing with the children. The house and grounds are beautiful and there was plenty of room for everyone. "

"Enjoyed our stay and there was enough room for a family get away. Great community to walk around in. The only recommendations we would have is that they put in their check-in message that there is a 3 ring binder with information about the house and rules and where to find it. Last we were without towels on arrival but I message Jared and he responded quickly and had them there before we went to bed. Jared was great in getting back to us and making sure we had everything we needed. We would stay again."
