Access via a shared driveway through a locked gate - passcode will be provided. The property is the first townhouse as you enter the white gates. The property is keyless entry with a passcode provided to allow access to the property. Garage is provided for 1 small vehicle. There is free street parking located in the next street over if required.

This townhouse is situated in the most central area of ‘Old Torquay’, only 1 minute to the supermarket and a gentle stroll to all of the surrounding cafes, shops, and restaurants. The area is perfect for both adventure and relaxation. Nearby, you’ll find opportunities for surfing, kitesurfing, SUPing, and more, as well as beautiful beaches, coastal trails, and iconic surfing spots like Bells Beach just a 10-minute drive away.
