"Hotel was in a great location the staff were friendly room was basic but clean with a nice comfy bed there was tea coffee and complimentary water The shower was a bit temperamental running hot and cold The toilet was quite loose the screws were hanging out also the window wouldn't open as the handle was broke but I only mentioned this in checkout but this didn't bother me I'm sure they would have sorted it or moved me to another room if I would have asked them at the beginning For the price I paid it was good value compared to other hotels and if visiting Newquay again I would quite happily book this hotel again"

"Excellent stay. Hosts were absolutely lovely, very welcoming, caring and friendly throughout. Breakfast was lovely, solid full English breakfast cannot go wrong. The property itself was very nice and clean. Really good location which made the whole experience even better as it always felt like everything I wanted to do was just round the corner. Nothing but positives from my experience here and that was all for a great price."
