The good: The beds are still comfortable enough though harder since I suspect they no longer use the Heavenly Mattress. The sheets are crisp and clean, the staff very attentive, the general decor of the rooms...

Notably, Joshua, Mary and Miriam, in the dining room room and John were amazing. Our room was rather small, but still very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the spa treatment as well and the dining breakfast options were amazing and I appreciate it that they had vegan options for myself.
