"2nd time staying here- great location for a Columbus visit, lots of restaurants around. Affordable, good area and seemed safe- I saw security cameras in the parking lots and it was well lit at night, so I wasn't concerned with car break-ins that other Columbus hotel reviews have noted in recent months. Also room was quiet, bed was very comfortable, just an enjoyable stay overall. 1 of the 2 elevators wasn't working so it took a little longer to go between floors but wasn't terrible. Overall I just really like this hotel and it's now my go-to when staying in the area."

"This trip was one of the best stays in a long time. From the front desk check-in, to the check-out, the stay was absolutely amazing. My family and I were there to celebrate my mom and dads 60th wedding anniversary (although we lost him almost two years ago), the entire staff were accomodating. We were unable to get one of the meeting rooms, but the manager Lauren, and her staff, Tacynea, Cody, Jahdia the attendant in the kitchen, the housekeeping, the male desk clerks, the entire staff made this bitter-sweet stay most pleasant. My mom was over elated with the treatment she received at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and up to date. Just an amazing stay! So happy. Drury Suites & Inn Polaris Columbus, Ohio, is the place to say. Close to shopping outlets, and all of the nine yards. I not only recommend staying here, I'll be back! - "

"Room was spotless, breakfast was very good. Rooms felt spacious, comfortable and loved the mini kitchenette. Enough space for our family of 5. Staff was phenomenal - very friendly and helpful. Felt very welcomed. "
