"I would stay here again. The staff were kind and helpful. The full kitchen and laundry in the room was very convenient. The location of the hotel is also convenient while also providing another perspective of juneau. I was able to walk everywhere and even to the two tralheads I visited, one in juneau and the other on Douglas Island. The hotel itself is a bit older and a little worn but that provides it some character and also seems a bit fitting for Alaska. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would visit again."

Waterfront on Glacier

"Stayed at The Waterfront for a conference in June. The staff were LOVELY - very upbeat, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are quite pretty and the beds are comfortable. The floor of my room had some stray dirt and wrappers, likely just missed during house cleaning (everything else, including the sheets and bathroom, was very clean), which is what led to the 3/5 star cleanliness rating. Parking is super easy, it’s just out front. The hotel was undergoing some construction when I stayed there, but it was never a bother. There was however some road noise, as the major road through Juneau passes right next to the hotel. It probably wouldn’t have been an issue if I was on the other side of the hotel though (and I would have missed out on beautiful sunset views of the harbor). The gym is pretty basic, just some free weights and a couple of machines, but if you’re in Juneau for outdoor stuff it shouldn’t matter much."

"The house was just what we needed, and is conveniently located. The price is expensive but this seems like the norm for Juneau. You will receive many automated texts, but it seems like your text responses aren’t actually monitored. Overall would recommend, just a few nitpicks things."

"This little home was perfect for me on my visit to Juneau. I was part of a running series that had two races on Douglas Island and two at Twin Lakes Park in Juneau. This was located perfectly to get to each race in less than 15 minutes. The home was stocked with everything I needed for my stay and the washer and dryer were a nice bonus. The bed was sooo comfy! Juneau is such a beautiful place. I would stay here again if I'm able to return."
