"Clean, nice rooms with friendly, helpful staff. The only thing I would recommend is since these are rooms with a kitchenette, there should be more dishes. There were only two plates, no bowls, and only two spoons but five forks. There was no dish rack to clean dishes, so we had to buy paper towels. I’ve stayed at other efficiency rooms that had these things. I’m hoping the Aviator Suites Hotel is working on this. Otherwise this was a nice place to stay, great location, and, again, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay there again."

"A historic (hence old) hotel that has seen better days, but perfect location right in the middle of town. A lack of an extractor fan in the bathroom means a sweaty and slightly damp room, and the bar downstairs is noisy until midnight … not a problem if you are in the bar or out, but otherwise a bit annoying. 15 mins Uber from airport, and 5 mins walk to the cruise ships or capital building."

"I wish we knew that the restaurant was under renovation when we booked. But the location was nice… far enough away from the cruise ships… I do recommend a rental car if you are not on a cruise. Uber gets pricey."

"Condo was as advertised, conveniently located near the airport. Host was easy to work with and responded to questions promptly. The condo is nice, clean, and comfortable - I wouldn’t call the building a luxury complex compared to what is common in the lower 47 but given the pricing and options in Juneau during the summer, it is an excellent option."
