"My husband and I just got back yesterday from our five night stay at this lovely home. Nathan could not have been nicer and left a local bottle of wine in the fridge for us. This home is 2bedrooms and 2bathrooms and right on the beach. The furnishings are updated and comfortable, and all the things you could want. Nice appliances in great working order, a hot tub and sauna, and the best view in a peaceful setting. This home is located just far enough away to be out of the way, but only 10 minutes to Traverse City. The night sky was ablaze with stars! The morning sunrise over the bay was amazing. Our only complaints were small - better connection with the cleaner (windows, trash under sink, house needs to be powerwashed) yard is overgrown and leave filled (I swept the deck twice) and the bathrooms are small. Not an issue if you are small but my hubby is 6'4" and large. Nathan accommodated our three small dogs, and we travel with everything our own towels, washclothes and blankets to cover all the furniture. Nathan left a thoughtful booklet about the house and its ammenities and places to eat and drink. We tried them all I think :-) We woke up today and thought man I miss the sound of the water and that sunrise! We will absolutely return and recomment this beautiful spot."

"The view alone was absolutely breathtaking! We had five adults and seven kids (all age three and under), and everyone had plenty of space to sleep comfortably and spread out. The kids loved the outdoor play area and couldn’t get enough of the sand volleyball court. Having two kitchens was incredibly convenient, allowing each family their own space. We will definitely be back again!"

"We had a wonderful time with our children and grandchildren. The weather wasn't great but the home is large enough to spread out and enjoy. The lakefront is beautiful. We did get to spend some time outside (rained on an off) and it was nice. A little sandy beach area for the little ones to enjoy, which they did. A much appreciated large grass area. We setup soccer nets, badminton-volleyball net, plenty of room outside to enjoy! The location is great, close to downtown Elk Rapids and restaurants. "
