"It’s a ok hotel f you don’t demand too much. It’s clean, and the staff are friendly too. Now let’s talk about the undesirable things in our room. 1: no refrigerator. 2: no safe box in room. 3: don’t provide enough towels ( had to ask for more what we needed) 4: no house phone in room that you need to go to front desk for anything.5: the temperature control in room is not functioning properly. I had to turn it on in the middle of night because the room was too hot. Isn’t it money talk in this case? I would pay more next time to find a better name of a hotel chain."

"Great location. Clean rooms and with good supply of essentials in the room itself. Breakfast was good too. Overall a nice play to stay if you are visiting Oxford."

"Hotel & Staff were excellent, informed us of services at the hotel and also nearby. Hotel had prepared relevant papers for the visually impaired guest in our party, presented professionally with no fuss. Room great, lovely bath and shower."

"Breakfast was nice. There is no gym. Staff is very helpful. Location is good. The room is not designed great, being narrow/constricted, the desk is narrow, the sitting area table is tiny, and the window does not open. The bathroom is poorly designed, so that you must open and close a large, heavy door in order to access the towel rack, and the shower is narrow and inflexible. All of these issues are manageable, and all of the problems with the hotel are due to the poor design of the rooms."

"The interface with both expedia and rasa sayang house was terrible. The one person I spoke to from checkincheckout was good, but otherwise the computer voice and texts were unhelpful. I won't use either again. "
