"The room had a weird old smell to it. There was thin bar soap and no shampoo or body soap, The bathroom floor and bed had curly hair on it. Also walls are very thin you can hear everything going on in the hallways. But it was very convenient because it is very close to LAX. The front desk staff was helpful and kind. There is cameras everywhere and security outside the entrance so I felt very safe here as well."

"Staff was very friendly and accomodating. They were able to get us checked in early with no hassle. Front desk staff was very knowledgable and gave recommendations for things to do and also helped us work out the airport shuttle for the morning."

"Gorgeous room. Free wine upon check in. The front desk called the service staff to drop off extra towels in my room. For whichever reason, when we checked in, a face towel, a floor towel, wash cloth as well as backup full body towels were missing. I’ve stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels all over the world and this is an industry standard. Very odd to have such distance to deliver the baseline number of towels to my room. Great stay outside of the towel gap."

"Coffee machine broke, in our room on game day and it took. 3 phone calls 2 hrs 2 different guys to look and fix a coffee machine, told us to come get some coffee vouchers, went down to get them... 16 floors down then when I get down there they tell me they're sending them up. Not good communication, pool is not heated like it says ... Perks are there's a Starbucks literally right across the street, a pizza parlor as well... If you're looking for a upscale date night across the street the Marriott has JW's Steakhouse so we literally went to dinner that was awesome. But other than that we got the executive room on the 16th floor it smells like old steal smoke, we wanted to get a sushi roll downstairs to start the night off they literally gave us 5 pieces of sushi we thought it was a joke, we've then saw one of the sushi guys get bagged edamame out of a freezer bag and put it in a microwave... Very interesting stay, we went to a Broncos game and it was only 3 miles away that was awesome other than that, that's it."

"Central Location worked well for us for the activities we were doing. Staff helpful and nice. A great brunch spot Hugo’s across the street. High traffic area near 101 as well does cause some traffic noise if you’re noise sensitive at night."
