"It was nice being so close to Plitvice lakes. Overpriced based on everything else. Seemed more like college dorm rooms, and lacked strong air conditioning. Good for one night stay."

"We were met by Marko upon arrival who was remarkably available and helpful throughout our stay. The villa seems remote but what is not advertised is that it is a ten minute hike from Entrance 3 that very few know about - a secret gem that gets you into the park without crowds. They were not serving dinner that night but Marko sent us next door where we had one of our best meals yet - locally caught trout. The grilled meat was excellent also. Our room was spacious and quiet. The air conditioner was not as strong as we needed for the large room but we opened the screened windows and it was comfortable. The villa is family run and breakfast was delicious. Homemade jams made by Marko’s mom along with many farm to table options. The yogurt and eggs to order was especially appreciated and I found the deer salami to be delicious- I don’t usually eat meat but couldn’t resist. Our 12 year old twins enjoyed their space in our family room and being so near the secret interest kept them from being exhausted! I’d stay again!!!"

"A great stay - clean, cozy, and really convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food was great as well. The location is especially good for visiting the park. We didn’t realize until we were there that there’s a back entrance to the park just a short walk away, which is something we would absolutely take advantage of next time. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we’d happily come back."

"super clean + amazing room (big & comfy)! Staff were so so helpful and kind. They offer breakfast + dinner which is nice since there are not many food options around. Easy walk (15 min) to entrance 3 where you can use your ticket for any entrance!"

"Our stay at Boutique Villa Pearl Plitvice was lovely and unique. We’ve never stayed in a national park before. The hotel was located in a small group of hotels and felt like a small town where all the locals know each other and help each other out. The nearby restaurant was the highlight of our stay. It felt like a delicious, warm home cooked meal. The hotel itself was well maintained and clean. Check-in was smooth and easy as well. The room was quaint, clean and big. The hotel staff were a pleasure and really helpful and sweet. They cooked our breakfast for us and served us attentively with warmth and kindness! Only recommendation we would suggest is to add a curtain in the bathroom for privacy when showering and the A/C unit wasn’t working during our stay. But overall a cute place to stay for the experience!"

"This is a wonderful B&B. We had a delicious dinner and breakfast. Our room was in the new building and was updated, modern and spotless. Good A/C. 10-15 min walk to entrance 3 which was perfect. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay near Plitvice National Park."

"Das Haus liegt wunderbar in der Nähe der Seenplatte und ist super ausgerüstet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Bei der Ankunft hat uns Newena sehr ausführlich erzählt was man alles in der Gegend machen kann und wo sie besten Restaurants etc sind. Auch mangelte es nicht an Dingen die man normalerweise erst mal kauft (Gewürze, Kaffee, snacks,...). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Bis bald"

"Plitvica Lodge was an amazing experience and probably one of the highlights of our entire Croatia trip. The lodge is located in Plitvica Selo, only a 10–15 minute walk from the park entrance, which was incredibly convenient. We were able to leave our car and luggage at the lodge, so we didn’t have to worry about driving to the park or dealing with parking. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We honestly wished we could have stayed longer. The staff was exceptional — incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They were waiting for us when we arrived, greeted us warmly, and provided all the information we needed about visiting the park. They also recommended the best route for exploring Plitvice Lakes, which worked perfectly with our schedule. The lodge’s restaurant was another highlight of our stay. Breakfast and dinner are served there, making it very convenient, but more importantly, the food was excellent. For dinner, they offer either a meat or fish platter, and both were absolutely delicious. They also have a great selection of beer, wine, and local spirits. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Everyone was so warm and welcoming that by the end of our visit, we felt like we had made new friends with the staff and owners. We truly loved our stay at Plitvica Lodge. It was one of the most memorable parts of our trip, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Croatia. Highly recommended!"
