"After this trip in Spain. I truly fell in love with the Barcelo chain of hotels. The staff at this hotel are truly helpful, really nice and went above and beyond. They had set up some balloons and cake and cava for my birthday that I didnt expected. The facility is so clean, well maintained and breakfast was amazing. I will definitely recommend and go back to this hotel."

"The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The property was very clean. And the location was central to everything. I would recommend this hotel. My only complaint was with the bathroom. Although the bathroom and the shower were both spacious, the shower door did not close properly which caused leaking into the bathroom floor. The shower floor was quite slippery. We asked if they could provide a shower mat but never received one. Finally, the bath towels were thick and new, which sounds like a plus however, they left tons of lint all over our bodies. We had to ask for old, lint-free towels, which we received. These were all minor things and generally I would recommend Hotel Regina."

"Upon checking in we learnt that the hotel does not accept 3 adults and 1 child in a room so they then charged us 250 euro additional for our 4 night stay yet when I booked through Expedia I clearly stated 3 adults and a baby aged 2 checking into the hotel read the small print on these hotels they do get you if your not careful but a decent hotel staff were ok"

"The worst experience, noisy hotel and you can’t even sleep, dirty washrooms and nobody in the hotel can speak English , also in the room you can smell bad like washroom they did not have even a manager. Lottts of problem , drainage in the shower was not working . Good location but worst hotel ever"
