"This hotel was amazing. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. The facilities and rooms are spotless and comfortable. The highlight is the breakfast buffet. Amazing stuff. Location-wise, you’re fairly close to most spots; the Retiro and Prado are a mere 10 min walk. We will definitely be back here when in Madrid."

"We arrived and our room was not the one we booked, the door was broken and looked nothing like the pictures. They offered to move us to a better room like the one in the picture for 60 more euro. We paid and once again it was terrible, another broken door, the ac and fan didn’t work and while the room did have a view this time, the closet was broken, the door and locks were broken and the walls were paper thin. I’d steer clear from this place, there are better places for the same price."

I am diabetic and need to inject daily and the medication needs to be refrigerated, was offered that the medication be kept on the kitchen and the kitchen staff took care of it because the fridge in the room may not work.
