We were offered a great upgrade to two rooms (one for us and one for our older kids) for a minimal price, was a fantastic option...and both had AC which was critical in the heat!

Andrea at the hotel was very helpful and advised us on some sites to visit where we would not have been aware otherwise. Got me into our room when I was locked out because the other person had the key. We had a problem with water in our room but he got it taken care of. A very helpful gentleman.

It was very clean and spacious. With family and kids very useful, we were able to do the laundry and easier for us to make our breakfasts, a very smart way to same money as well. Also it was close to all the attractions as well. I 100% recommend it and will love to come back.

The apartment was great, plenty of space for my family of five. We all agreed that if or when we come back to Venice, this is the only place that we would want to stay at. The apartment was within walking distance of just about anywhere we wanted to see.
