Clean and spacious! All we needed

Very clean and spacious apartment. Happy with the location in a part of Venice that I'm not sure others will have visited, but we really enjoyed.

Was a clean property, however the small shower was a abit of a shock. The twin beds brought together to form a king bed was not ideal as the beds seperated a bit when sleeping near the joinings. Overall, clean, walkable to everywhere and relatively in the quieter area of venice

Quiet, comfortable self-contained appartment

Checking in was a little confusing at first but the owners provided instructions. Location is excellent; far enough away from the busy areas to be quiet but well within walking distance of everything. Room was clean and they cleaned daily too. There was no air conditioning in our room but there was a good breeze helping cool it down. There was what sounded like a party outside the first night but it was as quiet as we could expect every other night. Overall, a really enjoyable experience and we'd definitely come back.

Convenient Location but Challenging in Rain

We stayed for a 5-day family trip and found the location convenient overall. However, on rainy days it was difficult to walk to the station with all our luggage, especially since there was no taxi service available.

The description for this hotel is confusing. It is a private room inside of and apartment/condo building. Does have a private bathroom. The reason it says twin beds or queen bed is because they will push the twin beds together to make it a queen. It took us an hour to get inside and directions were confusing. I had to call the owners and then download what’s app to get instructions. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. They still treat it like a hotel even though it is only a couple of rooms, so we were surprised to find our bed made when we came home for the night. Communication was definitely a little difficult. I just wish the descriptions were more clear and that instructions were sent in a more simple way days in advance. Once I got past the incorrect descriptions, I did enjoy the stay and it was in a good area. Everything was about a 1 mile walk away to major siteseeing locations.

Bed was prima. Maar het is slecht te vinden. Er staat geen bordje dus je moet maar afwachten tot de eigenaar contact opneemt om te verifiëren dat je op de goede plaats bent. De douche is echt veel en veeel te klein. Nog geen 50x50 cl. En er lagen haren op de grond en tegen het raam. Bed was prima. Het is een gemiddeld hotelletje / appartementje maar zeker niet de uitstekend wat op de rating staat. Dat is het zeer zeker niet. Contact met eigenaar is zakelijk en prima.

très bonne situation géographique, près d’un pont et pas loin de san Marco , quartier très calme la nuit . Relativement propre malgré la présence de quelques cheveux sur les murs et le bac de douche . Serviette, PQ, shampooing et gel douche sont fournis. Literie de qualité. Hébergeur, nous n’avons pas rencontré en personne , était réactif et répondait dans la minute même à des heures tardives. Deux points négatifs à relever , le manque d’isolation phonique entre les chambres du palier , en effet, le client de la chambre à côté s’est mis à ronfler bien fort à partir de 23h , c’était comme s’il dormait avec nous dans la même chambre 😭 nous l’avions signalé à l’hébergeur qui a contacté le client pour lui demander de se calmer . Le lit n’était pas du tout confortable, c’était deux lits une place rassemblé avec un grand draps , les deux lits était un peu penché vers les côtés, pas confortable du tout :/

+ Prima locatie, heel net en vriendelijk onthaal. Soepel wat betreft uitchecken. _ Inrichting kamer vrij basic, moeilijk toegankelijk voor oudere personen omwille van steile trap 2hoog. Redelijk wat lawaai 's avonds omwille van terras restaurant.
