The hotel itself is beautiful. The breakfast that they serve is large with a lot of variety. They cater to many types of dietary needs. But the best part of our stay was the staff. Rachel’s was amazing and very helpful. Attic sweet was perfect and service was impeccable. Concierge went out of their way to get us tickets to the Doges palace and set us up for Gondola rides the following morning. Will definitely suit and stay here again

Hotel is stunning and staff were all amazing. Food was delicious. The only thing to watch out for is they do not allow more than 2 to a room. We had to purchase 2 rooms but weren’t given the option to choose two rooms or a family suite. The family suite was at least $500 more per night than booking 2 rooms.
