"This is definitely the worse hotel we have been in and we are very frequent travelers. The staff we met the night we got in (past midnight) were horrible. I had a little baby and came straight from the airport, they kept us waiting for nearly half an hour saying they were doing checks and my baby was crying, they showed no empathy bearing in mind that my husband arrived earlier and had already checked in.
