"The room, 314, was in a terrible state. Raw plugs were still exposed in the bathroom and main room walls. The net curtains were discolored at the base, The furniture and shower were tired and somewhat tatty. The position of the wall mounted TV reveled the room was not really fit for purpose as a hotel room."

"Breakfast was ok but poor quality ingredients. We had a terrible dining experience. Starter ok - We waited one hour for our mains. My salmon served on a bed of rice was so dried out it was inedible. Looked like it had been left under the heat lamp for ages. Crispy and very dry. You could lift the whole dish up in one go - horrible. My partners cod loin wasnt any better and his veg was actually black and burnt. Amazed they actually served it to us. Four of the desert items were off the menu and we were under a time constraint anyway. Considering we paid for this in advance and no way of getting any refund it was highly disappointing. "

"Hotel was lovely and the beds were comfortable. Really pleasant staff and would recommend the hotel. However wasn’t a fan of 5 WhatsApp messages plus Expedia messages from them think it was a bit too much. Apart from that everything else was great "

"Great hotel located a short walk from the train station. Ideal location for the motorpoint arena, tram stops, shopping and bars. Staff are friendly and the rooms are in good condition."

"Excellent location. The private double room was exactly as pictured which was great. The only drawback was that the wifi in the secondary building where I was staying wasn’t working at the moment but in all fairness the router probably just needed resetting and I didn’t ask for that (just used the wifi in the main building which was great). Would definitely stay here again. "
