"The property was clean and well in the center. I had a good time at the hotel and the staff were very helpful. Enes at the reception was exceptionally good and we also kept our luggage there while we explored the area. However upon check in, we made a request to upgrade and we were not given the upgrade that we wanted. However the hotel itself is really nice and in the centre. "

"All staff was very helpful as we have very little understanding of Turkish language. They all were very kind….a common trait of the Turkish people. Especially, Elif in the restaurant. Very very helpful! Thoroughly enjoyed the garden room with access to outside courtyard which is strategically placed below grade…..blocking the wind and much of the noise from the city above."

"The property itself was beautiful. The views were amazing. The decor was so elegant. My couple pieces of feedback - the room we stayed in was above the front entrance. Although it was non smoking room, the smell of cigarettes from the front entrance wafted upstairs to our room. The morning was difficult to sleep in as we heard a lot of doors slamming. The wait staff was amazing, however it seemed the hotel was very confident in its business so they don’t really make you feel like you are any special … I almost felt like an inconvience asking them for anything (as an Expedia gold member we are told we can get room upgrades if available, I understand they are fully booked, but seeing that I paid full price, and continued to give them lots of social media attention they didn’t seem to really do anything to show appreciation. You’re just another guest there, in and out Go for the views, and hopefully you get some of the kind servers."

"The hotel looks great esthetically. The rooms are much smaller than what the pictures make them seem. Very dated. The AC didnt work consistently it would cool for 5 mins and blow warm humid air The rest of the day. No storage in the room for long stays. The showering amenities like shampoo are really low quality and Im one who never has an issue with this but I had an issue with their product. The carpets had stains and crust feel and need to cahnged. The pillows were lumpy and really poor. I had 4 different sized pillows lol. The breakfast buffet was great!"
