"We had a pleasant one-night stay at this hotel. The room was small, but it was clean, comfortable, and a good value for the price. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The only minor issue was that the shower gel dispenser was almost empty when we arrived. Since we had brought our own toiletries and were only staying one night, we didn’t report it. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, budget-friendly hotel."

"This is a great affordable place to stay in Zurich. The hotel does not have air conditioning (as stated in the website) They provided fans instead. The bathrooms are outside the rooms but they are super clean, They have elevators. There is access to public transportation not too far from the hotel. The staff is super friendly and they speak English. We will definitely stay here again. Our room had 3-beds. It was very spacious and it had a balcony where you could sit and enjoy the view of the plaza and the children playing outside. It was very lovely."

What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single team member I interacted with was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. They always greeted guests with a smile, were happy to answer questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Their positive attitude and attention to detail created such a warm and inviting atmosphere that it felt like being welcomed by friends rather than checking into a hotel. The rooms are smartly designed, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the technology throughout the hotel is intuitive and fun to use. Combined with the exceptional customer service, CitizenM Zurich offers a memorable experience that exceeds expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich. A special thank you to the amazing staff for making my trip so enjoyable. I will definitely be back!"
