Hosts went above and beyond, even covering the outdoor undercover pet enclosure when we were at the zoo, when the wind picked up, and preturning the heater on before our late arrival. "Business trip with three colleagues, we booked the house only to discover late on the first evening they had rented out three other rooms in the house. Absolutely appalling, no prior notice or we would never have booked in the first place. VERY strange set up indeed."
