"This hotel is a company favorite as it is close to our world HQ. But we do have many choices. Over the last 10 years the owners have worked hard to keep the Hilton promise. I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t addressed immediately and with earnest commitment. I feel like my business is valued. "

"Great staff. Clean room. Quiet for a solo traveler. Location situated between tons of restaurants and shopping, right next to the main streets in town. Would absolutely stay again. Walls were a bit thin tho and recommend staying on the third floor so footsteps don't keep you awake."

"The bathroom floor was not clean; dried dirt/grit in the corners. The entry of the office had something spilled on the vinyl sofa where I could not sit. We parked in front of our door and someone hit our vehicle. The office went above and beyond to pull video footage and worked with the police until the man was found. Thank you guys! Even though it is an older facility, I would stay there again because of the care we received."

"Parking was easy. The hotel is in the middle of town; close to many restaurants, bars, and the riverwalk is right there. The beds are super comfy."

"Curtain in room was ripped, they said it would be replaced and wasn’t. Did not offer to change room"

"Rooms were not updated no fridges phones didn’t work remote controls were missing generally not maintained well"

"Upstairs bathroom’s tub could have been cleaner and was a challenge to get into. Older home but really needed a dusting around baseboards etc. washer and dryer said they were included but we didn’t see any. No remotes for upstairs televisions. Nice location and easy to get to downtown Naperville. Owner was communicated well with the listing. "
