"The hotel was awesome but I don’t think the room they put me in was the one I paid for online. The pictures were showing a larger room and a sofa and balcony. We did not have those but had a smaller room and still paid over $500 for 2 nights. It was our first time there. I guess I’ll never know."
Arizona Grand Resort & Spa

"I had originally reserved a room at another hotel with a water park a few more miles further from the airport, but after reading some pretty bad reviews, we canceled and booked a suite at the Arizona Grand Resort. We are so glad we did! We arrived several hours before check in, however, they had an available room so we were able to check in early. The rooms, resort and grounds are all very nicely maintained. The pools are open late and the staff will drive you around in a golf cart to get you where you want to go. We took a nice hike right behind the resort and then had a really good dinner at Rustlers Rooste, which is a fun, western style restaurant. The portions are huge! The suites are so nice and big and each building has thier own pool, so no need to worry you won't get a lounge chair. Great place to stay."

"Look up the Citrus Club if you want full concierge service. It was $150/ person and I voided food and beverages from 8am-9pm making it almost an all inclusive deal. I was unaware of this until I arrived and it was only through friends."
