"The historic building is beautifully restored and updated. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. We've stayed before and will stay again when we are in LaCrosse. The restaurant is a gem. Good food with a nice park view as well as the Mississippi River in view."

Very frustrating for not only the guests but also the personnel. This is a reason for me to avoid this hotel. Also the breakfast not very good in relation to the price."
