"Our stay was perfect! We couldn't have asked for more. House was clean, warm and welcoming from decor to amenities. So many extras and special touches right down to the apple cider hand soap! Kim, our host, was proactive and reached out with check in and check out instructions more than 24 hours in advance and was just a text away during our stay. We were in the area for a family wedding and the house was perfect to host an impromptu meal following the afternoon reception. Downtown Franklin was a short drive away and we enjoyed spending time in The Factory and other nearby sites.I would not hesitate to recommend Kim and her lovely home to anyone heading to the area. Would definitely stay again! "

"Wonderful little house in Franklin Tennessee. Everything was new and there was lots of attention to detail. The deck and the fire pit in the backyard were enjoyed with a s’mores kit ready for us. Sheets and towels were excellent quality. Highly recommend it."

"Kitchen did not have a plastic drink pitcher (we like tea!) so I purchased one at the Dollar Tree and left it when we left. Everything else was excellent and hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. "

"Very comfortable cozy home near downtown Franklin. Not really walkable mostly due to no sidewalks but a very short ride. Well appointed. Easy check in and check out. Beds were very comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. Very clean. "

"Was a perfect setting for a peaceful and relaxing stay!! If you have a vehicle, it was also a perfect driving distance to historic downtown Franklin, Leiper's Fork, Nashville and exploring the beautiful country side. The bunkhouse was comfortable, the shower had amazing water temperature and pressure and the history of the music studio was very interesting and exciting to know the musicians that have recorded there. It will be my first choice for our next visit!"
