"Beautiful room, lovely bathroom. Service was excellent and really helpful and accommodating. Was my boyfriend’s birthday celebration and they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine which was so nice. Great location. Parking too which is great in Hitchin. Loved there was a kettle and tea facilities. Will definitely stay again. "

"Cute well equipped room with a few issues…. A lovely big comfy bed, with good quality linen was let down by flat hard pillows. Grubby around the edges - unable to have window open as window arm broken, rug under bed very dirty. Lovely big white fluffy towels. Bathroom itself was also in need of a deep clean around the edges and the overhead shower needs fixing as the water flow was poor. Breakfast was good quality. "

"We enjoyed staying at the Brocket Arms for weekend. The room was clean and comfortable and equipped with what we needed (kettle, water, wardrobe and desk/dressing table as well as TV and en suite shower room). The room was modern but retained its 16th century character with exposed beams in the bedroom. We especially enjoyed the food which was high quality, well cooked 'pub fayre' (steak, sausage and mash, fish and chips and a good selection of 'proper' puddings) and breakfast was excellent too....

"I have stayed at the Feathers several times and find it to be very comfortable with nice and friendly staff. The only downside is that sometimes the bed doesn’t get made although I have advised the staff and hopefully this will be addressed. Also the free wifi isn’t satisfactory as it drops all the time. All in all, I would still be very happy to stay there again in the future. A big plus is the pub which serves great food. "

"This is an amazing property that has numerous improvements/features in the units that are located in a farm type setting with lots of walks, etc. The restaurant was just great. The location is quite convenient eventhough it is in a country setting."
