"Letting lots and lots of kids run wild thru the halls screaming and no adults watching the pool area. Wasn’t able to swim or use the hot tub due no control of the pool area. Said something to the desk but still nothing was done. Out of body wash in shower, hair was on the wall like never cleaned."

"Overall, hotel was clean and staff friendly. When we first checked in, the room smelled like sewage- we were able to change rooms immediately (smaller room). Rooms are clean but spartan- not much space- no place to open a large suitcase except on the bed. Location was good and facilities seem well maintained."

"Our room was spacious but somewhat shabby and musty: the curtains were torn and dirty, the couch had stains on it and the AC/heater in the bedroom didn't work. The room smelled of mildew and you couldn't open the windows to air it although we did run the fan when it was warm enough outside to. The staff were responsive and offered to move us as the AC/heater couldn't be fixed during our stay but they didn't have an available room in our desired configuration, so we stayed. The decor is odd as well. Won't be staying again."

"You can’t even sleep I feel like I’m on the road and you can listen to the the next room people snoring walking all night I didn’t got any sleep the service was terrible the breakfast was terrible too I had a bad experience the bed too was not good at all"
