"The spa was great:) pool was so much fun. Smiley and stretch made it fun. Bartenders Travis and Jason were the best. The food was good. The front desk needs some help. Instead of helping us they stay back there to talk to each other"

"Winston was favorite bartender. The dance crew and all the performers were wonderful. Rihanna was the best. I dislike that they close pools at 7pm. We are adults. Food wise- why no oxtails, no salt fish (maybe at least once a week) Jerk chicken truck was good. Drinks- whack no top shelf options Club- Dj need to learn to switch it up 24hr bar was a fan favorite. Along with yummy nachos bar, popcorn and patties, burgers and more."

"The front staff, servers, and bartenders were amazing. HOWEVER upon arrival the bags being checked were a little rude, in a rush to get us to sit down for a meeting (probably time share) for a discounted massage, and the shuttle/trolley/golf cart back and forth to the rooms was HORRIBLE (I think this is what takes away from this being a 5 star resort) the rooms are a little far and transportation back and forth was horrible. The phones were down and we waited a 30 hr for a ride with no one in sight and had to walk in the rain with our luggage to the front to get our car to drive to the airport. Food was decent (no ackee or oxtail) served during my staff but overall a nice place to stay."

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the rooms could use some updating. I was locked out of my room for about an hour because the door lock malfunctioned, which was frustrating. Unless you’re interested in becoming a member, I’d recommend avoiding the sales presentations. They took up too much time, especially during a short stay, and took away from my vacation experience."

"Waiting too long for coffee at the table wish you had self-service coffee the food was great the staff was wonderful one suggestion would it be possible to have a scale to weigh your suitcase somewhere in the vicinity? The beach across the street was the best so convenient."
