"The hotel is well situated for walking to the centre of town. No air con, but a fan was provided. Bathroom shower water covers floor so you need to put down a towel."

"Lovely clean room with plenty of hanging and drawer space. The bed was very comfortable with crisp white sheets and fresh pillows. The bath was deep with fab water pressure, plenty of room in the bathroom too. There was a fan in the room which was useful. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water all supplied as well as a dog welcome pack which was a nice touch. A peaceful place to stay. Staff were polite and helpful. There was a Jazz band on one night in the bar who were superb but not audible in my room. Parking was no problem by the Cathedral."

"Great location for us as we wanted to visit Glastonbury, Wells as well as the Cathedral and the Royal Palace and heading home again for Stourhead so everything was very close by. Property was great lovely big bedroom. Kitchen was a bit small and warm. Could do with an oven tray and a trivet for putting hot stuff on from oven and some tongs but otherwise very satisfied."

"Lovely spacious, clean & comfortable apartment in excellent location few minutes walk to Wells & shops. Good place to stay for exploring other attractions around the area, Cheddar Gorge, Haynes Motor Museum, Bath, etc. I would highly recommend especially for a couple. Not suitable for wheelchair bound or those who have difficulty with stairs as it is situated on the fourth floor with four flights of stairs to climb."

"We enjoyed our 6 nights at the wells townhouse. The house was clean and well appointed. Will was quick to respond to any questions we had and the location couldn’t have been more perfect, just minutes to the city center."

"This was a great place. The location is excellent, about five minutes' walk to the market square and cathedral. Everything spotless and in good working order. Plenty of room in the apartment, conveniently laid out. Totally quiet and peaceful. Wifi worked perfectly. Parking was tight (Audi A3) but manageable. Highly recommended!"
