"The hotel is very close to the entrance to the Grand Canyon. The rooms are clean and staff are very friendly. There is a shortage of staff in the restaurant. The bartenders and waiters who work at the restaurant are extremely friendly, I just thought they were overwhelmed. Other than that one issue,I would recommend this hotel and I would book again."

"You need a portable Handicap Ramp. My Wife had a hard time getting up and down the steps there. She normally uses her Walker to get in and out at most places. Otherwise everything was good."

"We planned our dates for the Grand Canyon trip based on when The Haven was available…. And the house and ranch did not disappoint. Close enough to the Grand Canyon entrance that morning or evening trips were quick and easy… yet far enough away that it was so quiet and peaceful. Did the rim hike and bright angel trail. Sunrise and sunsets were gorgeous and the stars were AMAZING! House has everything you need to easily make meals. We grilled some awesome steaks one evening and enjoyed coffee each morning on the porch. Perfect start to our trip!!"
