"Staff was excellent and patient when answering any questions presented. Amazon and Uber deliveries were also okay. It was dusty behind the furniture & air vents and the elevator had exposed lightbulbs. The leg room of the toilet was limited. There is no elevator so accessibility is very limited. "The service from staff was excellent. Very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious. There is a laundry facility in the hotel which is a plus. Also a laundromat next to the hotel if the laundry facility in the hotel is in use. The view from the shared rooftop is amazing at night. Able to see the Tokyo Skytree. You can sit and relax on the rooftop and enjoy the view. The staff went out if their way to make my family feel welcomed. Will definitely come back again if ever in Tokyo."

"We love the Mimaru Suites! We stayed at this Asakusa location at the end of our trip and the Nihombashi location at the beginning. Staff at both were just great. We had a two bedroom suite at both. I prefer the layout at the Nihombashi location, where the toilets are in with the shower/bathtub. In our Asakusa suite, there was just one toilet, separate from the shower rooms. You can’t beat the Asakusa location, though. We were on the second floor facing the sky tree and noise was not an issue....

"This is an amazing hotel right behind the Senso-ji temple with an easy entrance to the temple, Hoppy Street, Nakemise Street. You have the entire Asakusa area at your door. The hotel is amazing. A lovely lobby with comfortable places to sit and enjoy a hot tea or coffee. Free washer/dryers for guest to use. The rooms are so perfectly designed however, our bed was like a slab of cement. "Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The beds were comfortable, it is a hard mattress so might not appeal to everyone but I personally thought it was comfortable. Rooms were small and tight as expected, but it was a good use of space. We didn’t use the public onsen as much as I’d like to but it was definitely enjoyable. It’s open until 1am so definitely can make the time to enjoy it. Not to mention the infamous breakfast buffet. Don’t think there’s any hotel breakfast that can beat the unlimited...
