"Tired apartment hotel. Room is very well sized but lots of noise and light from other rooms comes in through windows. Our dryer was broken and we also found previous guests dirty clothes which is never nice. Needs a refurb. Location is sensational though !"

Got there in the nick of time!) they said they had sent a message to say key was under the mat at my assigned room - but I couldn’t access the message …I hate to think if I had arrived a minute later where I would have been left! "A lovely place to stay. We left a couple of items behind and requested if they could post them back. This was not a problem for them at all and I received the items within days. Lots of extras too! One of our party forgot their toothbrush, opened the cupboard and there were spares! Also impressed by the rubbish sorting system. Communication was excellent with all my queries answered promptly. We were attending a wedding nearby and and were not able to avail ourselves of all the extras but the pool looked very inviting!"

"Everything about our stay at Kokoro was absolutely wonderful and so much fun. Cosy and cute tiny house. Beautiful setting in the Otways with a lovely forest walk on the property.
