The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to Queenie, who greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in to the front desk. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, we had to leave our luggage with Queenie because we wanted to try their famous Chinese cuisine when we arrived and she assured us that our luggage will be delivered and taken care of seamlessly. Large, well-lit mirrors meant we could get ready with ease. Guest discount within hotel’s mall allowed for a more-than-valuable meal at Taotaoju. Walkable and convenient location to many other great eating spots and landmarks. Highly recommend!"
