"Great location! Short drive to Brookdale and Waterfall venues, and several moderate hiking trails are within walking distance. Home is well off the main road, so its a very quiet neighborhood. Huge shaded deck with ample seating provided a great location for evening meals and relaxation. Wall unit AC keeps the kitchen and living room areas comfy when it gets hot out. Bedrooms can get toasty, but open windows and fans will cool them down during sleeping hours. Kitchen is well supplied with regard to tableware, pots/pans, utensils, and incidentals (spices, sweeteners, vinegar, oils, etc). Bunk beds and sofa sleeper are probably better suited to the younger set, but our party was eight adults, and it still worked for us. Robert was both proactive and responsive with all communications, from check-in thru check-out."
