"Enjoyed the views of the river and the pool from our balcony. Very tranquil and the rooms were decent sized. Staff were very attentive and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable even after a delayed check in. Highlight of the trip was using the bicycles to visit the city centre free of charge. "Truly a remarkable resort in every way. The service is impeccable. Very friendly and made us feel special. The 3 BR Villa with pool was perfect for us. We enjoyed being at the hotel pool and beach then relaxing at our own pool. Only slight negative was the food choices for dinner. We stayed 8 nights and a few of those days one of the restaurants was closed and the only option was buffet. Special thanks to Quang and Luu who took good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend and will stay here again! "

"From the moment we arrived, Coco River and their staff was perfect for our family. The staff from reception, security, restaurant and housekeeping were lovely and provided exceptional service which cannot be faulted. They made us feel great and provided an exceptional level of experience. The hotel itself is a great base and has a great swimming pool area, as well as clean and large rooms and we felt so welcomed and at home, we actually cancelled other accomodation and extended our stay twice because of the experience we had. There were comments prior to going that we read about location, but honestly this wasn’t an issue. Yea, it’s away from the hustle and bustle, but as a family we were happy to take a 5-10 minute grab to the main “touristy” parts of Hoi An. There is also multiple restaurants/food options, pharmacy, convenience store, coffee shops and motorbike rental within 400m of the resort so was nice to get a respite from the madness of Hoi An which can be overwhelming. In saying that, we will be back here and will recommend the hotel to anyone considering Hoi An, especially those with younger children as it was perfect for what we needed."
