"Natural Bungalow is so peaceful and beautiful, and a short stroll to a very quiet and beautiful beach. The owners have the right balance of making sure your stay has eveything you need, and allowing you privacy - they really do go above and beyond. Getting into Old Town is easy using Grab, and you can walk along the beach to An Bang if you want to spend time in the touristy areas before returning to your oasis! "

"Loved the staff! Sophie was a superb host! Very quiet location near the beach and several restaurants. Room was big and very clean. Bathroom is good size with very nice shower. Would highly recommend if youโre wanting a relaxing, quiet stay. We also explored the ancient city which is a short cab ride from the villa. We stayed 3 nights and Sophie arranged transport to and from airport. She was awesome!"

"So the property is a bit of a walk from the main beach, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. There are a number of cool restaurants nearby and the hotel staff is very nice. They have plenty of areas to curl up and read a book and finally the breakfast option rock!"

We had an issue with the affiliated travel operator for snorkelling and scuba diving experience (misleading and terrible overall) and the front staff and assistant manager took time to listen to our feedback, understand the issue and help us provide a solution.

"We had an excellent stay at The Pearl Hoi An! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. To our surprise, we were even upgraded to a spacious beach view apartment, which made our stay even more memorable. The room was modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit.
The facilities are top-notch, and the atmosphere is both peaceful and luxurious. We especially loved the attention to detail and the warm hospitality that made the whole experience feel so special.

"I was very happy with this hotel and would highly recommend it! The breakfast buffet was healthy and had a good variety. Staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel itself is aging but it is very well kept. The rooms, beds, linen were very clean and crisp. Room service cleaned everyday during our 4 day stay. The bathrooms are slightly dated but were super clean.
