"Room was very damp - despite massive daily ventilation, moist walls, everything clammy. Our towels very more clammy and moist when we left than when we arrived. Room was ok clean - but moldy. Breakfast incl is one small dish/pers (ie 1 egg w/bread OR 1 youghurt w/fruit OR 1 pancake) only and 1 small drink. Everything else is extra. "The Moon Villa was a very lovely place to stay. The villa was clean, and our room was very spacious - btw room service included. "Amazing hotel. Right from check in to check out - the service was great. The hotel is 10mins walk to the old town and few minutes walk to restaurants. The breakfast had lot of choices for the non veg. "

"Planned on staying for 3 nights and ended up adding on 2 more nights because we loved this place so much! The most amazing attentive staff, attention to detail in everything they do from decor, spa, service, and a pillow menu, great location, relaxing pool… I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. It really blew us away! Have stayed in numerous relais chateaux properties and the service and care was on par or perhaps better!"

The ideal hotel for Hoi An

"We had a great stay. This was our third time at the Sincerity and, hopefully, not the last one. Hotel is well located, close to the Old Town and to the beach. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is outstanding in all departments (cleaning, reception, restaurant). The bicycles, complimentary, could be better maintained, but it is really a minor consideration."

Great hotel and services. Best value for money.

"The service at the hotel is amazing. I have a wonderful stay at the hotel. There were a couple issues at the room but they addressed it quickly. I will definitely stay in this hotel again. The room is big and nice balcony to relax after a long day. Breakfast has a lot of options. Hotel location is about 10-15 minutes walk from old town. I like it as it's very quiet at night. The hotel neighbourhood is very nice too, many shops, restaurants and mini-marts around. Very safe to walk around. There is free bike to use. I used it for 3 days and bike everywhere. Be aware that some bikes are not in good condition. You might want to check it before leaving the hotel. I ran into an issue on the last day. The paddle broke off while I was biking around. You can call the hotel or find a motorbike shop nearby to fix it. I have it fixed at a bike shop and bike back to hotel okay. Hotel also can arrange tour and book transportation too. They booked a car for me to go to Da Nang. It's cheaper than Grab."
