"A lovely quiet family style hotel, close to Old Town and Markets. Also best Banh Mi at Banh Mi Phuong 300m away. Great booking service with reception staff. Good breakfast. Hoi A Memories is a great show to see, easy walking distance from hotel. Will be back again. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Thuy Duong 3 Boutique Hotel & Spa. The hotel is in excellent condition, clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The service was truly outstanding, and Tai was especially amazing. Every time we needed something, he went above and beyond to assist us with a smile. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made a real difference in our stay. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The hotel organised our airport transfer, which was smooth and convenient. Throughout our stay, every ride, meal, and interaction reflected genuine care and high-quality service. The location is also perfect, just a short walk to Hoi An’s main attractions, with plenty of shops, cafes, and amenities nearby. Despite being so central, the hotel feels peaceful and relaxing. I also had a massage at the spa, and it was fantastic, professional and deeply relaxing, just what I needed after travelling. This hotel offers great value, beautiful surroundings, and a team that truly cares about their guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An. Thank you to the wonderful team, and a special thanks to Tai, for making our stay so memorable!"

"Enjoyed the views of the river and the pool from our balcony. Very tranquil and the rooms were decent sized. Staff were very attentive and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable even after a delayed check in. Highlight of the trip was using the bicycles to visit the city centre free of charge. Would come back! "

"Stayed for nine days at this property. Great room, great breakfast, service of high quality, all staff very attentive and responsive to my questions and comments. Great laundry service as well. The property is very family friendly. They have courses like cooking and pottery, plus they can arrange day trips to various sights. It is not brand new and it has a few condition issues regarding lighting in stairs at night and other minor issues which I raised and staff duly took note of. I have stayed at far more expensive places that provided neither the service, nor the overall quality of experience Hoi An Historic Hotel does. It's one of the best values for money I've ever had in more than two decades of my tourism and business travel worldwide. Keep in mind, if you visit during the summer, weather is very hot and humid so you have to hydrate and electrolyte accordingly."
