Staff were good. Location is excellent if you dont mind walking a bit to most tourist spots like plaza mayor, the palace, the cathedral, etc Room was not that good. Smartr Madrid Gran Vía 47
Was very basic room. No amenities. It would have been nice to have soap for the little kitchen area. The AC did not work and there was no fan so it was very hot!
