"The townhome is located in a great location. A lovely tree-lined neighborhood with access to good restaurants, bars, subway station and grocery shopping. The townhome itself was comfortable and spacious. We especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace. Thomas was very welcoming and responsive to any request we made. Our month long stay in the city was a wonderful experience!"

"The place looks way better in photos than in reality and should not be on vrbo or any other platform for rent. Old, unkempt, barely clean, mismatched sheets...the owner should really invest in the gem of a location. The description did not mention that the 1st floor is in essence the 3rd floor; old narrow stairways that my disabled mother was challenged to conquer. Very very disappointing place. I want my money back! "
