Loved the beach. Fort Lauderdale was very nice with the exception of a few people begging for money and a sketchy restaurant on one of the corners with drunk people and loud crowd. The rest was nice. Very clean water. Lots of restaurants.Good food!

Clean tropical paradise- It's pretty easy to find your way around and it's not hard to get out of the heat and humidity depending on what time of year you go. I found it to be family friendly with lots of choices for venue and shopping choices.

It was my first time staying in Fort Lauderdale and it was absolutely amazing. We stayed on the beach which was great. We also walked and ate dinner on Las Olas Blvd and walked along the Riverwalk. I really enjoyed this part of my trip.

I had lots of fun. There are places for family and for nightlife. Some of the best places to go are El Vez 954 Steak Archibald's Family bakery A great bar called Elbo Room And Coconuts ( great seafood) What a great time we had.

Fort Lauderdale is under going gentrification at an alarming rate. The beach is transitioning back to a party location for college aged set. However, the beach itself is stellar and the area offers lots of things to do!

There is a lot to do! The beach, dining and shopping are in walking distance. The water taxi is a 10 minute walk and will take you to several locations where you can hop on and off from 10 am until 10 pm!

We enjoyed the river taxi and the shopping area in Fort Lauderdale. Also interesting to see the Venice area in Fort Lauderdale that was spectacular. We enjoyed the bike ride around the area.
